A tasty doublepack from Spiral Trax. Moonstomping does exactly what it says on the tin – a hunky, chunky bassline underpins a dark-but-not-dark topend that’s only ever going to make you smile. Avoid the future is brighter, with crystalline production and sits in the mix sweetly as a standout morning tune, no matter how philosophically impossible its title might be. Rotor takes things darker, chuggy and a little more on the menacing side, while Sleepwalker pulls out all the stops for an intense, shadowy stomper that’ll have you seeing dead people before you know it. Good stuff but perhaps lacking in that little special something to make it stand out from the crowd.
