Another month, another bunch of compilations from German progressive labels, and surfing the wave this month is the latest offering from the morning meltdown master, DJ Philipp. All of these tracks are fresh, unreleased progressive morning stompers, with an emphasis on clear, crisp sounds. I've always found the Plastik Park compilations to be slightly more psychedelic than the other German progressive labels, and this release doesn't disappoint in that area. Psychedelia from veteran Orion teaming up with newcomer SoulFlyer, and the usual Iboga-styled funk from Beat Bizarre balances well with the new superstars of trance Tegma and Antix, both provided tunes to dance under the sun with.
